Delivery

We get it—you want to know when your parcel’s turning up, who’s bringing it, and whether you’ll need to answer the door in your dressing gown. Fair. You’ll find all the delivery details below, from who we ship with to how long it takes. Still unsure about something? How it works (aka your delivery deets)

Orders up to 5kg are sent via InPost straight to your doorstep—no need to trek to a locker. Heavier orders (think chunky knits and haul-level bundles) will be shipped with DPD. Delivery costs are worked out based on the weight of your order, so it’s all fair and square.

We aim to get your order packed up and on its way within 1–7 working days, depending on what we’ve got in stock and how many brews it takes us to get through the packing queue.

We do our best to keep stock levels spot-on, but every now and then something might sell out before our system catches up. If that happens, we’ll be in touch pronto with an update.

Important bit: Please double check your delivery address before placing your order—we’d hate for your new fave piece to end up somewhere random.

UK Delivery (what you’ll pay and when it’ll land)

Delivery is free when you spend over £60. For anything under that, it’s based on the weight of your order:

0–5kg: £5.99
5–9kg: £9.99
10–20kg: £16
Local Collection (FREE)

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–7 working days. Once it’s on its way, standard delivery usually takes around 4–8 days in total (unless your item is made to order—those take a little longer).
