What is Rëwoven all about?
We’re a curated corner of the internet for preloved gems worth a second (or third) life. Think wardrobe staples, statement pieces, and that “where did you get that?” energy—without the guilt of fast fashion.
Where do you source your items?
We source our pieces through a mix of personal wardrobe clear-outs, kind donations, and charity partnerships. We also work with organisations to rescue stock that would otherwise end up in landfill—because clothes deserve more than one life, and we’re here to give them just that.
How do I place an order?
It’s as easy as adding to cart and checking out. You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is in, and we’ll keep you posted every step of the way.
What payment method do you accept?
We currently accept card payments via Stripe. Safe, secure, and no faff.
Where do you ship to?
UK only for now—but we’re working on expanding that. If you're outside the UK and fancy something, drop us a message and we’ll see what we can do.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout and varies based on weight. For individual items, it typically starts from £3.99 for 3–5 working day delivery. For reseller bundles, rates depend on the total weight and will also be shown at checkout.
Can I return an item?
If you’ve bought a one-off piece for yourself (B2C), yep—you’ve got 7 days from delivery to change your mind. Just make sure it’s unworn and in the same condition it arrived in. Return shipping’s on you, though.
For B2B reseller bundles, all sales are final. No returns, no take-backs—so please double-check the details before you commit.
Do you offer exchanges?
Since most items are one of one, we can’t offer direct exchanges—but you’re welcome to return and place a new order.
What do the condition tags mean?
Brand New: Tags still on, never worn
Excellent: Looks new, barely worn
Good: Light wear, no major marks
Loved: Visible wear, priced accordingly and still fabulous
How is Rewoven sustainable?
By giving clothes a second life, we’re keeping them out of landfill and slowing down the cycle of overproduction. Small ripples, big change.
