Welcome to Rëwoven – where every item has a story, and we’re here for its next chapter. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms. Nothing scary, just the need-to-knows so we're all on the same page.
General
1.1. These Terms apply to all sales made via our website, marketplace listings, and social media platforms.
1.2. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your purchase will apply.
Products
2.1. All items listed are second-hand and sold as seen.
2.2. We endeavour to describe and photograph items accurately, including size, condition, and any noticeable defects.
2.3. Minor signs of wear consistent with second-hand goods are to be expected and do not constitute grounds for return.
2.4. All items are sold subject to availability. We do not guarantee that items visible on any platform are in stock.
Prices & Payments
3.1. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
3.2. Payment is required in full at the point of purchase.
3.3. We accept payment via the method listed on the selling platform (e.g. Stripe).
3.4. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. The price payable is the price displayed at the time of your order.
Delivery
4.1. We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation.
4.2. Items are shipped within the United Kingdom only, unless otherwise agreed.
4.3. Risk in the goods passes to you once the item has been handed to the delivery provider.
4.4. We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss once the item has been dispatched, but will assist with claims where possible.
Returns & Refunds
5.1. Due to the nature of second-hand items, we do not accept returns unless the item is materially misdescribed.
5.2. If you believe you have received an item that is significantly different from the description, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence.
5.3. Where a return is agreed, the item must be returned in the same condition received, at the buyer’s expense, unless otherwise stated.
5.4. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the returned item has been received and assessed.
Limitation of Liability
6.1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of your use or purchase of any item.
6.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the item(s) in question.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
