Return & Refund Policy

At Rëwoven, we’re all about transparency. We specialise in secondhand fashion, offering both mystery kilo bundles and individually listed items. As each piece is pre-loved and unique, our returns and refunds policy is tailored to protect both our customers and the nature of what we sell. This document outlines your rights and our responsibilities under both B2C (consumer) and B2B (business) purchases.

For B2C Customers (Consumers)

As an individual customer, your purchase is protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK).

Kilo Bundles

Kilo bundles are sold as mystery items, which are exempt from standard returns under the Consumer Contracts Regulations due to their custom, non-specific nature.

Therefore:

  • We do not offer returns or refunds if you change your mind, don’t like the styles received, or find that some pieces don’t fit your preference.

  • Some garments may show signs of light wear (as expected from Grade A–B secondhand stock).

We will only offer a refund or replacement if:

  • The item(s) you receive are significantly not as described, such as if your entire order arrives damaged or consists of unwearable pieces (beyond Grade B condition).

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return under these terms, email us with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a short description.

Individually Listed Items

For individual pre-loved items purchased outside of a bundle:

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and a further 14 days to return the item.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with no additional signs of wear, marks, or damage.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

For B2B Customers (Business-to-Business)

Purchases made for resale, business use, or commercial gain are classified as B2B transactions and are not covered under consumer protection laws.

As per UK trading standards:

  • All B2B sales are final.

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted.

  • By placing a B2B order, you confirm that you are purchasing for business purposes and accept these terms.

We recommend B2B customers read the product descriptions thoroughly and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

Additional Notes

  • We cannot accommodate requests for exchanges, specific brands, styles, or sizes in kilo bundles.

  • Returned parcels sent without authorisation will not be accepted.

  • All items are sold "as is". Some pieces may be unbranded or missing labels.
